Achievements under extension activities:

  • The Centre for Continuing Veterinary Education and Communication has produced 30 multimedia modules on swine, sheep and goat rearing; fish products development and Dairy Technology and 15 modules on cattle production under RKVY and these are available to farmers at nominal cost.
  • CCVEC Conducts Regular Training Programmes to Farmers and Field Staff.
  • Mobile extension unit will be inaugurated soon
  • A toll free number : 1800 120 4209 is available for providing information to farmers
  • Faculty have developed mobile app for dairy cattle, heifer, calf feeding and livestock management
