                The Board shall constitute a Finance Committee consisting of the following persons namely,

  
                       Academic Council      
  1. The Vice-Chacellor.  
                       Board  of  Faculties      
  2. The Comptroller.  
                       Finance Committee      
  3. Two members chosen by the Board from among its members.  
                       Planning Board      
       
                       University Officers
